Another week of the most beautiful drama we’ve ever seen. We watched ‘Just Between Lovers’ episodes 9 through 12 and cried all the beautiful K-drama tears because this show keeps breaking us and putting us back together again. We also try to make some blanket statements about cultures and generations not our own and we walk them back, but we’d love some feedback on this episode. Do you think our podcast is problematic? This week, Raquel and Emily watched episodes 5 through 8 of ‘Just Between Lovers’! This time you absolutely have to watch the episodes before listening because Emily gets every single character’s names wrong and if you don’t have context you will get lost in the mess. CEO Seo JOO WON becomes JI WON and Manager Jeong YOO JIN becomes WOO JIN, Moon Soo moonlights asp Min Soo. It only gets worse throughout this and the next few episodes. I’m sorry. This is my nightmare. I am a mess and can offer nothing but apologies.
